The 56th National Exhibition Of Art
The 56th National Exhibition Of Art is currently showing at BACC, Bangkok. It's an extensive and varied exhibition, though the highlights are two large-scale oil paintings by Karuna Panumes (a stylised portrait) and Suporn Kaewta (an abstract landscape).

Famously, the 53rd National Exhibition featured a controversial painting representing monks as crows by Withit Sembutr, and Withit exhibited a similar painting at BACC last year. The 56th National Exhibition opened on 7th September, and will close on 31st October.
