Corpse Bride

Corpse Bride
If Corpse Bride had less of Danny Elfman's music it would be a much better film. The score seemed very intrusive, dictating our emotions almost constantly, and the songs were often unintelligible. The plot was largely predictable, and Victor (Johnny Depp) was the only interesting character. Yes, the stop-motion animation was impressive, though this felt more like a brief side-project than a full-scale Tim Burton production.
